INSIGHTS with Ixonia Bank
The Power of Community
Show Notes

Karla Lauersdorf, Vice President of Retail Banking, along with Erin LaCombe, Assistant Vice President and Watertown Area Manager discuss what it means to them to work at a community bank, specifically at Ixonia Bank.  In their own words, community means being welcoming and having a relationship with people you meet on a regular basis.  It also means living, working and shopping local.

Beyond our corporate giving, Ixonia Bank employees know the importance of serving others. They volunteer their time by participating, serving or chairing in a number of community-based organizations and events. And Karla and Erin are two individuals out of many who contribute their talents and time to better the community around them.
